In May of 2016 we had an issue with the insurance denying my
wife’s heart procedure which was to take place on Monday morning and they did
not inform us until 6pm on Friday after all offices were closed for the
weekend. We then contacted Beth and she immediately started calling and
emailing to get the procedure approved. At 9pm Beth called and assured us that
we would be taken care of and to go on to Vanderbilt as scheduled. Beth then
kept in contact with us throughout the week to make sure everything was going
good. At a time like this it is nice to know that you have someone you can trust and
count on when you need them the most, my wife and I are so thankful for Beth.
